Dancer, social- and movementseducationalist, born 1973 in Stuttgart.
He got his movement background from 10 years practicing material art disciplines like Taekwon Do -1.dan- , Wing Chun Kung Fu and Capoeira.
1996 he started dancing and learned Contact-Improvisation, technics of Dancetheatre and Improvisation from teachers like Mara Borba, Keriac and Pia Andre.
1998 he has his first contact with butoh dance and started his education at Minako Seki and intensify it with teachers like Yumiko Yoshioka and Tadashi Endo.
Most of his movement repertoir he scoap from it.
He worked as a dancer and choreograph and realised lots of dancetheatreperformance.

Dancetheater bemoved

bemoved develops their dance-performances out of social-critism discussions.
The themes based on own personal identifications and experiences and they get translated in their own speech of movement.
Dance doesn´t only mean to follow a forgiven choreographie. In their philosophie dance based on emotions, imagination and memories.
They don´t separate dance from theater like body isn´t divided from mind.
With this opinion they agree with antonin artaud and other original or traditional theater-forms which can be found for example in many asian countries.
They are using their body as a vessel for their soul.

It doesn´t interests me how people moving, rather does them makes moving Pina Bausch

Bemoved uses quite many different dance, movement and representation styles. They do relate their dance to the experimental, avantgardistic dancetheater.
The audience can watch an abstract and irrational world, which has parts of bizarre, grotesk but also meditativ, sonsory ästhetik.
For this Butoh is their basic.

1958 Butoh was established in Japan from Tatsumi Hijikata and Kazuo Ohno.
It has influences from the pioneers Mary Wigman and Harald Kreuzberg.
In this avantgardistic dancetheater exists no strict forms. Superficial the imagination from the dancer is important, not he dances he will be danced. His movements are living from his own emotions, pictures, imaginations but also dreams.

Duo

The duo was established 2001.
First productions has been "kyaa india hai?" - premiere naxos culturefactory, frankfurt/ main 2001 and "phosphorized deepness" - premiere centralstation darmstadt 2002.
The last production was "Jötol goes HiFi" which was perfromed 2003 for example at brotfabrik berlin, culturecenter bessunger knabenschule and hoffART-theatre darmstadt.
The dancers are as well members of the Minako Seki Ensemble in Berlin.
2002 they performed at the beneficalgala "children, art and culture" - beeing invited from the german president Johannes Rau - in the castle bellevue, Berlin.
Since 2001 the Minako Seki Ensemble cooperate with the electropop band Schiller - "echo" winner 2002. they performed together in Frankfurt/ Main 2003 at the IAA for BMW and in Frankfurt/ Oder at the 700 year celebration of the university. Bemoved also give workshops or teaching in different institutions for example schuldorf bergstrasse dancetheatre.
