We will go to the countryside near Berlin for one weekend to learn how to cook macrobiotic meals, and how to do natural self-treaments, to detoxify our bodies, to stimulate our energy flow and immun system and to treat smaller or bigger illnesses. Besides we will enjoy the fresh air and go swimming in the lake.
